The Pro Dive Stress and Rescue course is considered the next level of dive training after your Open Water Diver course or Advanced Adventurer course, before heading into your specialty programs.

In Diver Stress and Rescue course, you will learn that stress is a major factor in diving accidents. Designed to teach you about diver stress, as part of accident prevention, as well as how to handle problem situations if they occur.

 

During this course, your instructor will push you out of your comfort zone as well as your mental and physical limits.

Generally, the Stress and Rescue course serves as a reality check for divers, regarding how fast things can go from completely normal into total chaos.
Upon finishing this course, you will become more aware of potential dangers underwater, becoming a confident diver in the process.

Saturday - 8am to 12:30 pm

Open water training session One

Sunday - 9 am to 12 pm

Sunday - 12:30 pm to 5 pm
