Cancellation more than 14 days before the excursion date: Loss of deposit.
Cancellation within 14 days of excursion date: No refund of total excursion cost.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
  2. The remaining balance must be paid in full, 14 days prior to excursion date.
  3. Changes to your reservation, such as date changes or participant substitutions, may be accommodated subject to availability and at the discretion of the operator.
  4. Additional fees may apply for changes within 14 days of excursion date.
  5. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following the cancellation request, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
  6. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method
  7. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to the excursion location.
  8. All participants must adhere to the safety guidelines and instructions provided by the excursion operator.
