Here are the answers to the most common questions about scuba diving certification.
1. Will I Be Certified After Completing the Course?
Yes.
Once you successfully complete all required academic, pool/confined water, and open water training components, you will receive an internationally recognised scuba diving certification.
2. What Certification Will I Receive?
Most beginner divers earn an Open Water Diver Certification.
This is the world's most recognised entry-level scuba qualification and allows you to dive independently with a buddy.
3. Who Issues My Certification?
Your certification is issued by the training agency through which you complete your course.
At Central Coast Divers, students are trained through the SSI (Scuba Schools International) system. The largest business based dive certification agency in the world.
