Our Freediving Level 1 Course opens the gateway to this mesmerizing underwater realm, teaching you the refined techniques of breath-holding and efficient movement that have been perfected over generations.

You'll learn to descend with grace and purpose, developing a profound connection with the marine environment that transcends ordinary experience. Under expert guidance, you'll master the physiological aspects of freediving while cultivating the mental discipline that allows for extended, meditative submersions.

This program provides you with the training and knowledge required to safely freedive with a buddy in open water environments to depths of 20 metres.

You will earn the SSI Level 1 Freediving certification after completing this program.

Minimum Age: 12

Must be able to swim.

One Confined Water Sessions:
Two Open Water Dives:

Maximum Training Depth: 15 metres
